This is Spirit. She is an 8 year old White Shepherd, Lab mix. She is a wonderful, very intelligent dog. Spirit is extremely friendly with people. She will warm up to you right away. If you introduce her to another dog and show her they are a friend, she will be friendly. But she doesn’t get along with dogs she doesn’t know. She has had no problem being around multiple cats, and a kitten. Spirit is very active and energetic. Last month I had all of her lab work testing done at the vet, and the tests indicated that she is in excellent health. I need to rehome her to a good owner. If you’re interested in meeting Spirit, please contact me...read more
Sweet little man, Stanley needs a home of his own. He is a 28 lb, 3-4 year old, NOT neutered, Chug (Pug/Chihuahua mix). He would love a home without other dogs and is a little too excited about kitties. He is currently used to living outside in the backyard, if weather permitted and in the garage at night and if it’s cold or rainy. However, I would personally love to see him become someone’s COMPANION. He LOVES being with people, getting snuggles, walking on his leash, chew toys, and travels OK. He’s been more noisy in the car on his 2nd and 3rd trip then he was on his 1st trip. He’s super friendly and always “smiling.” He’s going to need some one-on-one time and training, but he is treat oriented and is eager to please. He is potty trained. I already have 3 dogs (big dogs) and they are not welcoming him into the pack. Little Stanley deserves a person of his own, his person, my grandmother just passed away. In the time he has been with us, Stanley has been roaming the ranch during the day and sleeping in his crate at night. He will go up stairs, but doesn’t know how to go down them unless you start him in the first step. He LOVES being where the people are. He looks sweetly into your eyes and wants all of your attention. I would say he would make the best companion to someone who is home often and needs a little buddy. He is a true “man or woman’s best friend.” He is doing better with the other dogs, but he’s still a little nervous about them. We are figuring out when we can get him neutered. Please message me at Cvburrell@gmail.com with any...read more
If you like hunting game and fowl, my Patterdale Terrier will be perfect for you. He is smart, determined and fast. I rescued Hawk from a shelter in Oakland. I didn’t know much about Patterdales then, but have done a lot of research on them since owning Hawk. He needs a home where he can roam around, hunt for mice, rabbits, or really any animal that you hunt. I’ve seen pictures online of Patterdales taking down huge boars, they are very good at what they do. By nature Patterdales are very smart, loyal and energetic dogs. They can live for 14 years and sometimes even more. Hawk will be 8 years old this year, but acts like a 3-4 year old dog. He loves chasing my son around, playing fetch, going on walks and runs. It is so obvious that he has so much love to give and he wants to prove his worth by “working” and unfortunately our suburban lifestyle is just not right for him. He will really thrive in a house where he is the only dog because, as is common with Patterdales, he has aggression towards other dogs (mostly snarling and barking). This is due to not being socialized to other dogs when he was younger. With training and some positive reinforcement he could learn to get a long with another dog, but it would take time and consistent exposure. I hope this one unfortunate behavior doesn’t deter any prospective owners because Hawk is just a sweetheart. He loves all people and will show you nothing but his best (as long as no other dogs are around). Thank you for taking the time to read my post. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Happy searching,...read more
Talulah is an adorable loving 4 year old love-muffin seeking her forever home. Talulah is full of energy and enjoys long walks or runs, hikes, skateboarding, or running alongside you and your bike. When she’s not on an adventure with you she prefers to be right by your side (maybe even in your lap?) as well as any and all cuddles she can have. Eager to please she learns quickly with praise and treats. Although she enjoys her walks, she is a mellow dog who likes to keep things chill when she’s inside. Talulah loves all ages of people, but should probably be an only dog as she can be a bit picky about her dog friends. She is house trained, crate trained, basic obedience trained, spayed, microchipped, and licensed in Sonoma County. We found Talulah running the streets a while ago, and she has been a foster with us for some time. She can’t wait to find her forever home and love you ’til the wheels fall off. Please contact me to schedule a visit and meet your new best friend....read more

Meet Bella, she is an adorable 11 month old pitbull lab mix. She is extremely friendly, loves to play with other dogs, and is great with kids. I adopted her about 4 months ago and sadly I am having to move and cannot have her where I am moving to. This breaks my heart as she has been my best friend and companion for these last 4-5 months. I am looking for someone to give her a loving home. She loves to cuddle and give kisses. Please help find Bella a good home. You can reach me at email@example.com more
Sweetpea is a grey-brown, long-haired tabby, with long fluffy fur. She looks like a “mini” Maine Coon. She is shy at first, but once she gets to know you, she is very affectionate. She loves being petted and scratched under the chin. Spayed, up-to-date on her vaccinations. She lost her home when her owner could no longer afford her rent. She is currently being fostered with 2 other cats. Contact Priscilla at firstname.lastname@example.org more
Hi I’m Ava. I’m approximately 4 years old and have beautiful green eyes, white toes and a black body. I’m an easy going, loving, independent cat looking for my forever home. I love being outside and staying to myself. I am very friendly but do not require much attention from other pets or humans, I do enjoy a good rub down twice a day though either before or after I eat my meals. Sometimes more, it just depends on the day. I could spend all day everyday laying in the sun and relaxing. I come off as shy at first but will warm up to you. I am in no way aggressive, I have been around other cats, dogs and kids. But when I come in contact I tend to hide rather then mingle. My ideal home would be on a ranch where I can relax all day. Or in a home with a yard that I can roam in. Using a litter box shouldn’t be an issue. I used to be solely an inside cat and was fully potty trained. But then I discovered the outside world and love it so much I choose to do my business outside. But I choose spots that resemble kitty litter so readjusting should not be an issue. Although I’m not super active I like to explore places that are close to home and do not like being cooped up all day everyday. If you would like to meet me please either text, call or email Kylee. 707-889-8139...read more
Hello, I am searching for a new home for my grey kitty, Morrissey. Due to my job, I will be relocating out of the country, possibly permanently and I want to minimize the trauma of moving. I’m hoping for a cat lover who can give her a good comfy home and appreciate her adorable personality. She is extremely affectionate, vocal and quirky. She can live with other cats and dogs. She is 7 years old and is spayed with up to date vaccinations. Please contact me at email@example.com ASAP if you can help.read more
Leela is a sweet but extremely timid 2 year old pit adopted from the Napa animal shelter roughly a year ago. She readily forms a strong bond with whomever her caretaker is, is very submissive towards other dogs (and so doesn’t pick any fights), and wants nothing more than to be close by your side for some affection. Seriously, she would, and has preferred being petted to eating her food. Despite her good traits, I have to give her up. She thrives on human affection and when I have to be at work 8-10 hours a day she engages in destructive behaviors and my furniture, the carpet, and my mother’s garden have paid the price. I simply can’t fit her needs for my presence into my life. I even considered bringing her to work with me, but naturally most folks in the office were not exactly receptive to the idea of a 50lb pit bull in the office, no matter how sweet she is. It is somewhat manageable by keeping her in a kennel, but then I either need to take a long lunch every day to let her out to pee or rely on neighbors who she doesn’t know, and rarely heeds. What she really needs is a well fenced yard to play in (I have the yard, but not the fence) or someone who doesn’t have to leave during the day to keep her company. Both if possible. Patience is a must! Like I said, she is quite timid, so training is very slow. If you have experience building the confidence of timid dogs, you’re ahead of the game. I will gladly include her kennel and the few toys she likes in any adoption to make her transition easier. Small children will likely frighten her, though well behaved older children will likely be able to bond with her. I don’t own cats, though from her disposition I have a feeling the cat will likely be the “alpha” in that relationship. If you would like to meet her, please call or text me at 707-738-6670. She currently lives in Angwin. I can typically arrange visits in the evenings on weekdays or on...read more
