My sweet black kitty, Sheba, needs a new home. She’s a gigantic fluffball, and loves her love. She’s about 10 years old, I’ve had her for the last 6 years. While I do love her, she is a fairly anxious cat, and I am moving overseas and she would have to be living with my dog (who she does not like), as well as another dog and another cat. She would definitely prefer to an only pet, or at least only have another cat to deal with, and that coupled with the stress the flight would put her on has convinced me it would be better to rehome her. She has lived with my puppy for over a year, and has lived with 2 other cats while I have had her, and had no particular issues. She dislikes the interest my puppy pays her, but could get along with a dog disinterested in cats. Definitely not a cat that would like small children. She is still playful like a kitten on occasion (but much less so recently as if she runs around, the dog gets interested), and loves to chat about the day and wants attention. She has been indoor/outdoor with me, and not used a litterbox most of her life (except when I’m away), but she is litterbox trained. Her outdoors time is usually spent nearby anyway, she doesn’t range very far. Her long hair means she needs regular brushing and knot-maintenance during shedding season, and that she’s actually far smaller than she looks (less than 10 lbs). She will purr her face off when brushed or pet. No particular health problems in her history, she had a dental exam in January and had to have a canine pulled, so she’s a little snaggletoothed, but is current on all vaccines and spayed. She comes with some wand toys, a long term feeder, a water fountain, and up to two large cat trees if interested, as well as a litterbox. Small rehoming fee applies. If you’re interested in meeting Sheba, please contact me...read more
Sadly, Cecil’s mom recently passed away. I am temporarily caring for Cecil. I am looking for another human mom to love and understand him like the first one did. Cecil needs a home with a cat savvy FEMALE person who will talk with him and try to understand his ways. He would do best in a home without children but not sure about other pets as he has never been around them. He would like to live with someone who is at home most of the time. He doesn’t like to be alone. He was born on September 22, 2008. He is around 15 pounds, an indoor only, beautiful black and white tuxedo cat. He is neutered and up to date on all shots. He will take a while to warm up to his new person but when he does he is a real sweetheart. He has been known to hiss at, nip and slap at those who he doesn’t know if they reach for him. I am looking for the right match in finding Cecil’s new mom. Cecil will have his food, litter & medical expenses paid for, for the rest of his life. Cecil comes with a written agreement regarding his care that must be agreed to and signed by his new mom. His new person will have to plan visits with him at his current home (Windsor) in order to get to know him and he them. With the right match, all the details will be discussed regarding his care and the agreement. If you think this could be you, please send an email to Leslie at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 707-837-2987. Thank you for reading...read more
Charlie is a 3 year old female cat. She was living with a nice lady who had to move and couldn’t take Charlie with her. I told her I would help her find a home, so she is staying with me. She would do best in a home without small children or other pets. She does take a few days to calm down and be ready to socialize. She comes with a bunch of food, litter and other goodies. Please help me find her the perfect home. Call me if you are it. Lea 707-332-3821read more
Owners are moving and can’t bring the cats to the new home 🙁 Mama Kitty is a very sweet and happy cat. She is now spayed and very healthy. The only kitten from her litter is Sid, she has a little longer hair and is also very sweet. She is almost a year old. They do not need to be rehomed together but it may be nice. They are currently located in Petaluma. If you’re interested in meeting them, please contact me at Christina@familyworks.orgread more
Let me introduce you to Grace. She is a 2.5 yo Lab/Pit mix (55-60 lbs) and she is a Tri-Paw, which means she has only 3 legs (right-front leg amputated). But, let me assure you – It Doesn’t Slow Her Down! I adopted her from Petaluma Pet Pals. She is up-to-date on all of her shots (I have all the paperwork.) and she has been spayed. Grace is a loving and affectionate dog and would do better in a home without other pets. She does get along with other dogs most of the time. She seems to do better with MALE dogs and we had 3 cats, who lived in harmony despite Grace’s playful taunts and chases. She is a great dog! So why am I giving her up? I’m moving to Costa Rica in April and won’t be able to take her with me. Grace is unsteady on slick floors – tile, hardwood, linoleum, etc., and is better suited for a home with carpeting. In CR carpet is rare – that and the threat of snakes, poisonous frogs and the like are too much of a risk that I don’t want to expose her to. I’m heart broken to have to give her up, but it is for her best quality of life that I’m looking to re-home her. I’m offering Grace to a good home for $100 along with her kennel, leashes, collar and harness. Please contact Susan at 415-847-0947 to arrange a visit with Grace....read more
“Y Satis” is a gorgeous short haired domestic cat with pretty blue eyes. She is 9 years old. She is spayed, and current on all vet care, quite healthy. She is sweet, and loves to be pet and have a conversation with you. She is perfect for a quiet household and does not enjoy sudden movement or loud noises. She loves to be indoors and outdoors. I moved from a 2 acre large home to a very small place in the middle of the city. I had several cats and cannot bring them all with me. This girl wants to be part of your family! I will pay for two bags food and 2 boxes litter. If you’re interested in meeting Y Satis, please contact me...read more
Bear is healthy and current on all her vet care. She prefers to be outside and loves to hunt. I have had to leave my big country property and move to a tiny city place where Bear would be miserable and unsafe. Do you need a friendly outdoor mouser? This is the girl for you! I will provide several bags of food for her. If you’d like to meet Bear, contact me at email@example.com. Thank you!read more
Hi Everyone, This is Emma and I’m looking to find her a loving home. She’s an olde english bulldog and she is three years old. She weighs about 55 lbs, she doesn’t have any health issues and she’s the perfect dog. You may wonder why I’m re-homing her and the reason is because I just moved to my mothers house (The landlord doesn’t allow dog in the property) and I’m waiting to hear from a transfer program for Architecture. I’m going to community college and working a lot and I don’t have a lot of time to spend with Emma. It’s not fair for her and once I transfer I probably will have less time to take care of her. She’s stubborn but a big sweetheart, she is house trained and loves walks and loves to sleep. She’s good with children, but since she’s stocky I prefer to say 8 year olds and older. She’s afraid of cats, she’s used being the only dog, she is paid. If anyone is interested please reach out to me and I can tell you more about her. I also had someone evaluate her behavior and I can provide that information if you’ll like more details on her behavior. Thank you! Hi! my name is Cricket. I am a 13 year old teacup Pomeranian who weighs barely 5 pounds! I recently moved to a new home that is big and has hardwood floors everywhere that I can’t walk on because I slip and fall. Also, my family has become very busy and I am alone a lot. It makes me sad, so I am looking for a new home. I am small and quite manageable. I have a very sweet disposition and if I do bark, (which isn’t a lot) it’s very small. I would love to spend my days with someone who is home a lot and has a carpeted house so I don’t slip and fall. I like to spend my days inside, where I will use a Potty Pad, or you can let me out to go to the bathroom. I sleep in a crate at night and love to spend my day in a bed with my favorite blankie, both preferably near my human. I’m in pretty good health, although I have some bad teeth that may need to be removed soon and I take thyroid medicine twice a day. If you’d like to meet me please contact my human at...read more
Meet Little Hazel. She is a scrumptious Shih Tzu we rescued 3 years ago. My husband came into contact with her first owner, who owned Hazel’s mother. When Hazel was born her owner was told by the vet to put her to sleep as she was born a runt and very weak. She was growing very slowly and continued to be feeble so the owner was thinking that would be the best course of action. My husband, with a heart of gold, said “My Wife is a Vet Tech and I know she could nurse her back to health!”:-)…. so the rest is history. We saved the little peanut and literally bottle fed her back to health and she has grown into a strong, healthy, happy little girl. Outside of her weak start, she has never had any health issues and is far from feeble :-). She enjoys her daily walks, playing fetch, hiking or just snuggling on the couch (she is a fantastic snuggled :-)). Good with dogs, cats, horses and chickens☺️ She is good with children, however, this last year she has growled a few times at my nieces so I would use caution with little ones. She has never bitten. Shih Tzu have a tendency towards growling, so we have definitely been working to correct that behavior when we see it. She is potty trained, crate trained, knows how to sit, “high five”, lie down, stay, and rollover and I know she would enjoy learning anything else you would like to teach her. She is spayed, current on vaccines, microchipped and is on heartworm/flea and tick prevention. We will be sad to see her go but are happy for the start we were able to give her. We know she will make a wonderful companion and addition to a loving home. Call or text me for more information or pictures:-) Sierra 707-758-9213 We are asking a firm $300 rehoming fee for Hazel and would like an adoption questionnaire filled out as well....read more
